As of 8:45am this morning we received notice from our upstream Network Provider that Charter Communications has been experiencing a localized regional disruption of services in Southern Oregon.

We are getting a lot of calls this morning regarding outages going into Charter's network
- it would appear that they are having routing issues between the Grants Pass, Medford,
and Roseburg areas.

If you are experiencing issues with connections terminating within Charter IP space,
this may be the issue.

We have not received an ETA.

Scarab Media does not utilize Charter Communications for any of it’s services, however we know many of our local area customers do use Charter Communications as their Internet Service Provider. If you are a Charter Communications customer you may be experiencing difficulties in reaching some of Scarab Media’s services due to this routing issue at Charter.
